Information we collect
When you create an account, CreatorLink stores your name, email address, role (business or creator), and profile details you add — such as bio, city, social accounts, or organization information. When you submit a public contact form we store the details you provide there. We also record the moment you accept our terms of service.
Marketplace activity
To run the marketplace we store campaigns, applications, deals, messages between deal participants, deal status history, and reviews. This history is what makes disputes resolvable and payments auditable, so it is kept for as long as the account exists and as long as the law requires for financial records.
Payments (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe. CreatorLink never sees or stores full card numbers or bank credentials. We store Stripe references (customer, account, payment, and transfer identifiers) and an append-only log of transactions related to your deals. Creators complete identity verification (KYC) directly with Stripe when connecting payouts.
Video (Mux)
Uploaded videos are stored and streamed by Mux. Playback uses signed, expiring links; there are no public video URLs. Businesses see a watermarked preview until a deal is completed. Videos remain attached to the deal for both parties after completion.
How we use your data
We use this information to operate the marketplace: matching campaigns and creators, processing payments, sending transactional emails about your deals, preventing fraud and abuse, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Retention and removal
You may ask us to correct your data or delete your account at any time. Deal, transaction, and dispute records tied to completed payments may be retained where retention is required for accounting and legal reasons.
Responsible party
CreatorLink is a launch-phase project in French-speaking Switzerland. Official legal contact details will be added before any public commercial campaign. Until then, you can reach the team by replying to any message we send you.
