The platform
CreatorLink is a marketplace where businesses publish video campaigns and creators produce videos for them. CreatorLink provides the platform — briefs, applications, delivery, messaging, and payment processing — and is not a party to the creative contract between a business and a creator, except where these terms say otherwise.
Accounts and roles
You register either as a business (acting for an organization) or as a creator. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. Accepting these terms is required at registration and the acceptance time is recorded. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, attempt to bypass the platform, or abuse other users.
Deals
A deal starts when a creator applies to a published campaign. Accepting an application fixes the agreed budget for that deal. The creator delivers the video through the platform; the business may approve it or request a revision within the agreed scope. Approval is final and completes the deal.
Payments and fees
During the beta, CreatorLink does not process payments. The budget agreed in a deal is settled directly between the business and the creator after the video is approved, and CreatorLink charges no commission (0%) during the beta. On-platform payments with payment protection will be introduced after the beta and announced in advance.
Content and rights
Until a deal is completed, the business receives only a watermarked preview. Upon completion, the business receives the usage rights defined in the campaign brief. The creator warrants that the delivered content is original and does not infringe third-party rights, and that any required permissions (locations, people) were obtained.
Disputes
Either party may open a dispute on an active deal. The CreatorLink team reviews the brief, the delivery, and the deal history, and resolves the dispute in favour of either the creator (deal completed) or the business (deal refunded). During the beta any resulting settlement happens directly between the parties. Dispute decisions on the platform are final; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Liability and changes
The platform is provided during a launch phase and may change. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product, and continued use after the notice period counts as acceptance.
